Payment is preferred when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, client service, and minimizing costs, we do not offer delayed billing.

Pet Food Return Information
All Food Products are 100% Guaranteed by our partner food companies and CAN be returned for the following reasons:
- Palatability - Pet does not eat or like the taste of the food.
- Quality - If there is a problem with quality of the product.
- Health – If your pet vomits or has diarrhea in direct result of the food. No other factors apply.
- Safety – If a bag is opened or product is defective.
PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL BAG. IF NOT IN THE ORIGINAL BAG THE PRODUCT WILL NOT BE RETURNED!

Unfortunately, all other reasons not listed above will not permit a return or credit.
Treats can be returned, provided one of the 4 reason for return above applies and that they are made by Royal Canin, Purina, or Hill's. All other treats will not permit a return or credit ( CET, Tartar Shield, etc.).
Over the Counter Products, Narcotics, & Drugs
All over the counter products, narcotics, and drugs will NOT permit a return or credit as products are a final sale.
